Program Description: When you call any Lube X-press location to inquire about pricing, services, or wait times, our AI phone assistant may offer to send you a discount coupon via text message. If you verbally agree during the call, we will send one SMS containing a discount code, expiration date, and applicable location(s). This program is operated by Lazo Investments LLC (dba Lube X-press).

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You will typically receive one message per phone inquiry. We do not send recurring promotional messages outside of your direct request.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving text messages. Lube X-press is not responsible for these charges. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Carriers: This program is available on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
