1. SPONSOR This sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Lube X-press® LLC ("Sponsor"), located at 8700 Castner, Ste A2, El Paso, TX 79907.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD The Promotion begins on April 6, 2026 at 8:00 AM Mountain Time ("MT") and ends on April 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM MT (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion. Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void.

3. ELIGIBILITY The Promotion is open to legal residents of El Paso County, Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Eligible communities include but are not limited to El Paso, Socorro, Horizon City, Anthony, and Clint. Entrants must provide a valid El Paso County zip code at the time of entry and certify that they are a current resident of El Paso County, Texas.

The following individuals are NOT eligible to enter:

• Employees of Lube X-press® LLC
• Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of Lube X-press® LLC employees
• Persons involved in the administration, judging, or execution of this Promotion

Void where prohibited by law. By entering, participants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements. Any entry from outside El Paso County, Texas will be disqualified.

4. HOW TO ENTER — NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

There is one (1) free way to enter and one (1) optional bonus entry method. A purchase will NOT increase your chances of winning. All entries must be submitted at https://lubexpressep.com/bts-tix/.

Method 1 — Online Entry (Free): Visit https://lubexpressep.com/bts-tix/ and complete and submit the free entry form on the contest landing page. Entrants must provide their name, email address, phone number, and a valid El Paso County zip code. Limit one (1) free online entry per person per day.

Bonus Entry — Service Visit (Optional): Customers who receive any paid service at a Lube X-press® LLC location between April 6, 2026 and April 26, 2026 may visit https://lubexpressep.com/bts-tix/ and submit the bonus entry form using the Order ID/Receipt Number printed on their service receipt. Only services performed during the Promotion Period (April 6–26, 2026) are eligible for bonus entries. Receipts dated outside this window will not be accepted. Bonus entries are awarded based on services performed as follows:

• Oil Change: +5 entries
• Cabin Air Filter Replacement: +4 entries
• Engine Air Filter Replacement: +3 entries
• High Mileage Additive: +3 entries
• Windshield Wiper Replacement (Wiper X-Change): +3 entries
• Any 3 or more of the above services in a single visit: 20 entries (flat, replaces individual service totals for that visit)

Bonus entries accumulate across multiple visits during the Promotion Period. Each visit is scored independently. Bonus entries are subject to verification against Sponsor's point-of-sale records using the Order ID/Receipt Number on the customer's receipt.

All entry methods are subject to these Official Rules. Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are prohibited and will be void. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not conform to these rules may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

5. PRIZES There will be four (4) winners. Prizes are awarded as follows:

• Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) pair of tickets (2 tickets) to the BTS World Tour 'ARIRANG' at Sun Bowl Stadium, El Paso, Texas on May 2, 2026. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") per pair: $400.00.
• Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) pair of tickets (2 tickets) to the BTS World Tour 'ARIRANG' at Sun Bowl Stadium, El Paso, Texas on May 3, 2026. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") per pair: $400.00.

Total ARV of all prizes: $1,600.00.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes received. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

6. WINNER SELECTION Four (4) winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on or about April 27, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION Potential winners will be contacted by phone or email using the contact information provided at entry. Winners must respond and claim their prize within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. Failure to respond within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Liability/Publicity Release within the time period specified by Sponsor. If a potential winner fails to comply, the prize will be forfeited.

8. PUBLICITY Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, and general location for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any entry process or website, or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY Released Parties (Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns) are not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate entry information; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention; (d) printing or other errors; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation in this Promotion or receipt of any prize.

11. DISPUTES All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
